Grace is a Professor of User Research at New York Institute of Technology and a Senior User Researcher at Crunchbase, democratizing the process of finding data about people and contacts. Prior to Crunchbase she worked for Liberty Mutual and the Tufts spatial cognition lab, examining origami and paper engineering. She studied Anthropology and Neuroscience at Dartmouth College and completed a Masters in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. When she’s not immersed in UX, Grace is wearing many hats- she co-founded a costume hat company (Fabhatters.com).
